Our vision and mission

The Edu3dcation Company worldwide was established to provide innovative technology education for children and teenagers in the field of 3D Technologies, Robotics, Programming and Virtual reality experiences. As enthusiast and experts in these fields of the tech industry, we see a growing need ­to educate and share our experiences with the future generations.

We Edu3Dcation LTD are the Edu3DCATION brand in Ghana & Africa with our Headquarters in Poland, Europe. Together we have 11+ years experience in 3D technologies and nearly a decade experience in teaching kids 3D technology.

We provide classes for elementary school and kindergarten children, as well as training for teachers. Our lessons are based on the latest technologies, such as 3D printing, 3D design, 3D scanning, VR, X-KIT robotics, general robotics and programming.

Vision : we print children’s dreams and prepare them for the professions of the future.

Mission: To use simple, engaging and entertaining means to teach children from an early age the practical skills, importance and use of 3D technologies to prepare them for the work of the future.

Applications in school

Design and 3D Printing

3D printing creates unlimited possibilities for producing objects with a wide range of applications. It is a kind of factory of ideas, which is currently available at your fingertips. However, for an idea to become something real and tangible, the equipment alone is not enough, but the ability to design 3D is also necessary.

Therefore, both of these areas constitute an inseparable whole and only together allow for an independent process: idea -> design -> 3D print. The ability to design 3D allows you to create your own 3D models on a computer, which can then become something real with the help of a 3D printer. A side effect of developing spatial imagination and creativity are personalized 3D prints, such as a keychain with a name or a school logo, a class photo from a 3D printer, a model of the Solar System, a model of the structure of the human eye, a terrain map of Ghana and much more. Objects produced on a 3D printer are ideal as teaching aids during lessons, constituting an interesting supplement to a given topic discussed in class.

Robotics

Robotics sets ensure students’ development on many levels. The 3D design module influences creative thinking and spatial imagination. Thanks to the fact that parts for robots are printed on a 3D printer, children have unlimited possibilities of expanding the sets according to their own idea, which will later be implemented using 3D printing. Independent assembly and construction of robots support construction and manual skills. Vehicles can be programmed using block coding, based on “Scratch”. The sets are equipped with additional parts allowing to control lights, sound and additional engines attached to the robots to be made.

Virtual Reality (VR)

Virtual reality lessons have a huge potential in modern teaching methods. Students can explore the topic of a given lesson in an interactive way, moving to a digital world where they can learn about animals, geographical regions, space, physical phenomena, the natural environment and practice eye-hand coordination in a controlled way. And much more. Regardless of whether it is mathematics, biology, geography, history, art or foreign languages, VR goggles are a very attractive solution that increases the quality and interest of lessons.

3D Scanning

Use a 3D scanner to create digital copies of teaching aids, artwork, and other items found at school, and then print them on a 3D printer. This way, each student can have, for example, a miniature version of the anatomical human heart on their desk during biology lessons. If some elements of school games or toys often get lost or damaged, you can use a 3D scanner and a 3D printer to create copies of these items (e.g. chess sets, pawns, blocks, etc.).

3D Pens

Classes with 3D pens are a large dose of independent work. Students will be able to create unusual spatial structures. 3D pens are a great way to develop students’ spatial imagination and creativity. 3D pens are usually suitable for lower primary learners who may have difficulty designing staright away in the computer however, every student is welcome to showcase their crearivity with this 3D innovation. Students can especially use them for easy and quick projects in different scenarios such as Mother’s Day Project, Independence Day, Easter Projects, Castles and Buildings, and many moreP
